Everett's Clearing & Grading, Inc. , was originally established in 1968 by Henry L. Everett Sr. as Everett's Landscaping Services. The company concentrated on residential or small commercial projects. In the early 1990's the company began to grow and expand into more commercial projects. In 1996 Lynn and Mary Ann Everett assumed control of the company. Our company is located at 2402 Fred Everett Rd, Kinston, NC 28504. To better reflect the services provided by the company, the name was soon changed  Everett's Clearing & Grading, Inc. The company has been fortunate to experience steady growth and has developed valuable working relationship with leaders in the construction industry in Eastern North Carolina. In 2007 Everett's became a NCDOT Certified DBE/WBE Company. We are also a Pre Qualified POC contractor and HUB Certified. Our inventory of equipment include Caterpillar excavators, Caterpillar backhoes,Caterpillar dozers,John Deere grade tractors and a Caterpillar motor grader. We also have a fleet of Mack trucks to move dirt, rock, or mulch.      

Everett's currently operates four crews, each lead by an experienced foreman. We have a written Safety Program available for review and hold weekly safety meetings and training sessions. Employees are trained in first aid and CPR.

At least one member of each crew is certified through NCDOT as a Level II Certified Erosion and Sediment Control /
